Privacy Policy
The short version: We collect only what we need to deliver your weekly health capsule.
We never sell your data. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by emailing
hello@nourishnewsnow.com.
1. Who we are
Nourish News Now is a health knowledge service operated by Knowvera, a platform for trusted health education. We deliver weekly 3-minute health capsules by email and WhatsApp — written as a knowledgeable friend would explain them, not as medical advice.

3. Your consent — what you agreed to
When you signed up, you gave us two separate, explicit consents. We record both with a timestamp, version number, and the exact wording you agreed to.
Consent 1 — Marketing Communications (v1.0)
"Yes, I'd like to receive my weekly Nourish News Now health capsule by [email / WhatsApp]. I may also occasionally receive product updates and announcements from the Nourish News Now team. I can unsubscribe at any time — no questions asked."
Consent 2 — Medical Disclaimer Acknowledgement (v1.0)
"I understand that Nourish News Now capsules are for general health awareness only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I will consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health decisions."
You may withdraw Consent 1 at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by texting STOP in response to any WhatsApp message, or by emailing hello@nourishnewsnow.com.
